SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES

  • Processing: Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be handcrafted and prepared for shipment. In some cases, shipping may take longer due to the custom nature of our products.

  • Domestic (USA): We use USPS for our deliveries. While the USPS website provides estimates, please note that these delivery times are not guaranteed.

  • Tracking: You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is placed. Please refer to this tracking to monitor your delivery progress.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are proud to ship our luxury designs worldwide.

  • Fees: We ship outside the United States for an additional shipping fee.

  • Process: Please provide your country code and address at checkout. We will verify which services deliver to your location and provide you with the specific shipping costs.

  • Note: Some countries have restrictions on certain items. We will check the shipping eligibility for your location before finalizing.

SHIPPING SECURITY & LOST ITEMS

  • Address Accuracy: We ship to the address provided at the time of order. We cannot reroute or ship to alternate addresses after purchase.

  • Insurance: Options for signature confirmation and insurance are available and recommended.

  • Delivered Items: We are not responsible for items marked "Delivered" by the carrier. However, we will work with you to help locate the package based on the information provided by the post office. A report may need to be filed with your local post office.
