POLICY DEADLINE
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
CUSTOM & GREEK ORGANIZATIONAL ITEMS
Please note that many of our items are handcrafted or custom-designed for specific organizations. Because a video recording of these items is often provided to the buyer before shipping to confirm the order, refunds on custom pieces are handled strictly on a case-by-case basis.
RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specific timeframe (dependent on your bank).

Non-Returnable Items: Any item not in its original condition, damaged for reasons not due to our error, or returned more than 30 days after delivery.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please use the Contact Us link at the top of our page. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please contact us immediately via our Contact Us page.
SHIPPING FOR RETURNS
To return your product, please email us first for specific instructions.

Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Non-Refundable: Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.
